here's Your Cut of What's Coming

Listen up, boss. You're lookin’ at the preliminary agenda for this year's high-stakes sit-down in Las Vegas. This ain’t the full playbook just yet — more moves are still bein’ made behind closed doors.

The real action? It's comin’ soon. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be spillin’ the beans on session topics, panelists, and the heavy-hitters takin’ the stage. The bosses and their crews? They're just gettin’ warmed up.

So keep your eyes peeled, your calendar open, and don’t stray too far from this page. Big things are goin’ down — and you’ll wanna be around when the deals start flyin’.

TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY, OCT. 21-22, 2025, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

NOVE • Fantasy Tower - 51st Floor

Only the best for the Family. Perched high above the Strip with jaw-droppin’ Vegas views, NOVE is where all the real business at the Personal Managers Interchange goes down. We’re talkin’ gold-trimmed everything, hand-cut Swarovski chandeliers, and a vibe so exclusive you’ll feel like you’re in the boss’s private club — because you are. This is your headquarters for the whole operation: registration, badge pick-up, breakfasts, luncheons, and every sit-down and session worth attending. It all happens here. To get there?  Take the dedicated elevator from the Fantasy Tower lobby straight to the 51st floor. No detours. No distractions. Just the view, the venue, and the VIPs who make things happen. Keep it sharp. You’re not just attending — you’re making moves.

Dress the Part, But Don’t Break a Sweat

This ain’t no courtroom and it ain’t a sit-down with the Don — so no need for three-piece suits or cufflinks. Personal Managers Interchange calls for business casual attire — sharp enough to show you mean business, relaxed enough to keep things comfortable. Think: blazers, slacks, nice shirts, smart dresses — the kind of threads that say, “I’m here to make moves, not shine shoes.” Leave the tracksuits to the wiseguys in witness protection. Look polished, stay cool, and you’ll blend in just fine with the Family.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

8:00-10:00 AM • "the Family" Breakfast

Rub elbows with the Family (The Legit One… Mostly)! Before the deals start flyin’ and the panels heat up, join us for a little “networking nourishment.” We’re talkin’ continental breakfast and conversations with old associates and new faces — no “sleepin’ with the gefilte,” we promise. Whether you’re lookin’ to make a connection or just need a danish to soak up last night’s “business meeting,” this is the place to be. Come hungry. Leave connected.

9:00-9:15 AM • The Boss Lays It Out

NCOPM National President Clinton Ford Billups Jr. — the top capo himself — will kick things off by walkin’ you through the day’s game plan. From key sit-downs to can't-miss events, he’ll make sure you know where the action is and who’s callin’ the shots. Consider this your official briefing from the head of the table. Don't be late — when the Boss talks, everybody listens.

9:15-10:15 AM • made for stardom

In this business, you don’t wait for the next big thing — you find it first, charm it over cannoli, and get it on the dotted line before the other families catch wind. This session, Made for Stardom, brings together a crew of sharp-eyed talent managers who know how to sniff out star power before it hits the spotlight. They’ll spill the secrets on scouting rising artists, reeling ‘em in with just the right pitch, and lockin’ down contracts that keep the books (and your pockets) lookin’ healthy. You’ll learn how to read the room, spot the shine, and negotiate terms that favor your end of the table — without spookin’ the talent or settin’ off alarms. Because in this game, it ain’t just about discoverin’ the next star — it’s about makin’ sure they shine for you.

10:30-11:30 AM • THE FINE PRINT

In the world of talent management, the contract is your handshake — just written in ink instead of spilled espresso. But make no mistake… one wrong clause, one shady term, and you could be left holdin’ the cannoli while your artist skips town with the gravy. In The Fine Print, our panel of legal eagles and battle-tested managers breaks down the dos, the don’ts, and the "for the love of the Don, never do that again" of personal management agreements. From exclusivity and commissions to termination traps and term lengths, we’ll show you how to seal the deal without settin’ yourself up for a double-cross. You’ll leave knowin’ how to protect your interests, keep your artist loyal, and make sure the contract does what it’s supposed to — keep everyone playin' nice and payin' proper. Because in this business, if it ain’t on paper… it’s as good as nothin’.

12:15-1:30 PM • Cold Cuts & Hot Takes

When the clock strikes lunch, it’s time to take a break and make your way to the spread. We’re servin’ up a classic deli lunch — stacked sandwiches, pickles with attitude, and  sides to make your nonna proud. This ain’t just lunch — it’s another opportunity to talk shop, make connections, and maybe seal a handshake or two. So grab a plate, find a table, and remember: even wise guys(and gals) need to eat.

1:45-2:45 PM • don't get whacked!

You might be the best in the biz at makin’ stars shine and deals close — but if you don’t know the law in your turf, you could find yourself takin’ a stroll in legal cement shoes. In Don't Get Whacked, our panel of legal experts and veteran managers walks you through the high-stakes maze of state licensing requirements, with a spotlight on the two biggest bosses in the biz: New York and California. We’re talkin’ about the notorious California Talent Agencies Act — the legal booby trap that’s blindsided more than a few personal managers, draggin’ them into courtrooms, Labor Commission hearings, and legal nightmares that don’t end with a handshake. You’ll get the lowdown on: When you don't need a license (and when you really, really do); What separates an agent from a manager (hint: it ain’t just the business card); and How to stay clean while still makin’ the big moves. If you’re workin’ both coasts — or even just thinkin’ about it — you need this session like a consigliere needs a burner phone. Know the rules, play it smart, and keep your operation outta the crosshairs.

3:00-4:00 PM • Gettin' Some Respect

In this business, it's not just about talent — it's about presence. If your artist ain’t gettin’ likes, follows, shares, or screen time, they might as well be singin’ in the back of a deli. In Gettin' Some Respect, our crew of digital capos and publicity pros shows you how to navigate the jungle of social media, use AI like a consigliere with a laptop, and get your clients the attention they deserve — the kind that opens doors, fills seats, and gets the tabloids callin’ (in the good way). Learn how to: Build buzz without beggin’; Use AI tools to sharpen your message and save time; and Avoid PR landmines and boost exposure like a pro. Whether you're promotin’ a new face or revivin’ a fading legend, this session’s your blueprint for makin’ your client a name people remember — and spell right. Because in this game, respect ain't given… it's engineered.

TUESDAY, OCT. 21, 2025, 6:00-7:00 PM

Secrets, Spirits & the Inner Circle

We’re kickin’ things off the right way — behind closed door and far from pryin’ eyes. The Welcome Reception is goin’ down at Mr. Coco Speakeasy, an ultra-exclusive hideaway tucked somewhere inside the hotel. Where exactly? Let’s just say... it ain’t on the map. This swanky joint’s got velvet charm, handcrafted cocktails, and ambiance smoother than a seasoned fixer’s alibi. Mingle with fellow insiders, make your introductions, and raise a glass to the start of a legendary conference.

Hey, it's me again!

Word on the street is, the Welcome Reception is goin’ down at  a classy joint tucked away somewhere in the hotel. Real hush-hush. Real exclusive. You won’t find it by accident... and that’s the point. The location? Strictly on a need-to-know basis. But don’t worry — directions will be provided to those in the know (that means you, boss). Just keep your eyes peeled, follow the signs, and maybe slip the right question to the right person. Dress sharp, bring your charm, and get ready for a night of cocktails, conversation, and connections — behind closed doors, the way the Family likes it.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 22, 2025, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

8:00-10:00 AM • The Capo’s Continental

It’s day two in the desert, and before the dice start rollin’ and the deals start flyin’, we’re gatherin’ for a little old-school networking — Vegas-style. Join the Family for a continental breakfast where handshakes matter, alliances are forged, and no one’s talkin’ about what happened last night. Whether you’re reconnectin’ with familiar faces or makin’ introductions to some new players, this is your shot to set the tone for the day — smooth, smart, and maybe a little lucky. Because in Vegas, every conversation’s a chance to hit the jackpot.

9:00-9:15 AM • The Final Sit-Down

It’s day two of the operation, and NCOPM National Vice President Burke Allen is steppin’ up to give the rundown. He’ll lay out the day’s final plays — the key sessions, special events, and last chances to make the kind of connections that matter. The clock’s tickin’, but there’s still business to handle. We’re goin’ out strong, and Burke’s got the blueprint.

9:15-10:15 AM • CRISIS CONTROL

Sometimes your client steps in it — big. A bad headline, a social media slip, or a scandal that smells worse than last week’s cannoli. When the heat’s on, it’s not just about damage control... it’s about protectin’ the brand like it’s made of gold bricks and grandma’s lasagna recipe. In Crisis Control, our panel of seasoned PR fixers and talent managers share war stories from the front lines — the messes they’ve cleaned up, the fires they’ve put out, and the headlines they’ve “repositioned.” You’ll learn how to get ahead of the story, keep your talent off the ropes, and make sure the Family walks out clean. Because in this game, it’s not about if the trouble comes — it’s about how fast you spin it when it does.

10:30-11:30 AM • The Multi-Stream Hustle

Back in the day, you made your scratch from gigs, records, and maybe a cut from the merch table. But times have changed, and the real earners? They’ve got income flowing like a well-oiled racket — from every direction. In The Multi-Stream Hustle, our panel of sharp operators breaks down the modern revenue game — video streaming, audio platforms, digital downloads, on-demand books, live content, you name it. If there's a way to turn eyeballs and earbuds into dollar signs, this crew knows the blueprint. Learn how to: Spot the hottest revenue channels before the competition catches on; Use platforms like YouTube, Spotify, Audible, and Amazon to build an empire; and Keep the rights, keep the control, and most importantly… keep the money flowin’ Diversification ain’t just a buzzword — it’s the difference between bein’ rich and bein’ remembered. So pull up a chair, take some notes, and start thinkin’ like a boss. 'Cause in this game, multiple streams mean you never sleep with the fishes.

12:15-1:30 PM • SIT-DOWN SOUP & SALAD

Midday means it’s time to take a breather — but don’t let the leafy greens fool ya. This Soup & Salad Luncheon is still prime territory for makin’ moves, swappin’ stories, and settin’ the table for future deals. We’re servin’ up fresh fare with just enough class to keep it legit and just enough flavor to keep you talkin’. Whether you’re here to reconnect, negotiate, or just enjoy a bowl without someone askin’ for a favor, this is your window. Light lunch. Heavy connections.

1:45-2:45 PM • About those other bosses

In this business, everyone’s got a seat at the table — but not everybody gets offered the good cannoli. If you’re a personal manager tryin’ to play ball with agents, casting directors, and talent buyers, you better know what makes ‘em tick… and what makes ‘em flip the table. In About Those Other Bosses, we bring in the other side — the talent bookers, the gatekeepers, the shot-callers behind the scenes — to give it to you straight: what they like, what they hate, and what makes a manager a valued ally or a pain in the neck. You’ll learn: How to get your calls returned without breakin’ kneecaps; What makes your pitch land instead of bomb; and How to build real relationships with the players who move the pieces. This is the stuff they don’t say out loud — until now. So take a seat, zip the lip, and listen close. Because if you wanna stay in the game, you gotta know how the other families operate. Remember: respect is earned… and reputations travel faster than getaway cars.

3:00-4:00 PM • SHOWBIZ & The Mob

Behind the glitz and glamour of Hollywood lights and Vegas stages, the shadows tell a different story. From the golden age of the 1950s through the gritty streets of the ’70s, the Mob didn’t just watch showbiz — they ran a piece of it. Records, reels, and roulette wheels? Yeah, they had a hand in all of it. In SHOWBIZ & The Mob, our panel of insiders pulls back the velvet curtain on organized crime’s historic ties to the entertainment world — and how the game’s still bein’ played. From money laundering and intellectual property theft to slick modern schemes, the wise guys may have changed their suits, but not their playbook. Join us for a session that’s equal parts history lesson and cautionary tale. Because in this business, if you don’t know the angles, you might be the mark.

MOON - Fantasy Tower • Top Floor

The bosses are gatherin’, the drinks are flowin’, and the legends are takin’ their place at the table. The 2025 Welcome Reception and Induction Ceremony for the Personal Managers Hall of Fame is goin’ down at MOON — the crown jewel perched atop the Fantasy Tower at the Palms Casino Resort. Sorry to interupt.. Again!
